Milly Lee has two decades of experience in the field of finance. She joined PFM in 2009 and is now a director in PFM’s New York City office. Milly specializes in providing financial advisory services to transportation clients, including toll facilities, transit agencies and airports. She has served clients such as the Maryland Transportation Authority (“MDTA”), Maryland Department of Transportation, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, the North Carolina Turnpike Authority, Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
At PFM, Milly advises on all aspects of debt issuance as well as provides senior quantitative and modeling expertise. She has assisted clients with new debt structuring, complex refunding’s, project finance modeling, covenants and document review, rating agency strategy and presentations, and TIFIA loan structuring and negotiation. She also assists with pricing and post-pricing services such as annual financial plan updates.
Milly obtained her Master of Business Administration at Yale School of Management and her Bachelor's of Arts from Vassar College. She is also a Registered Municipal Advisor Representative (Series 50).
