Milly Lee has nearly two decades of experience in the field of finance. She joined PFM in 2009 and is now a director at PFM’s New York City office.
At PFM, Milly advises on all aspects of debt issuance as well as provides senior quantitative and modeling expertise. She has assisted clients with new debt structuring, complex refunds, project finance modeling, covenants and document review, rating agency strategy and presentations, and TIFIA loan structuring and negotiation. She also deals with pricing and post-pricing services such as annual financial plan updates.
Milly specializes in providing financial advisory services to transportation clients including toll facilities, transit agencies, airports, and ports. Her transportation clients include the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, the Maryland Department of Transportation, and the Maryland Transportation Authority.
Milly entered public finance by interning at UBS and then joining their public finance department. Prior to entering public finance, she volunteered for AmeriCorps and joined grassroots organizations because of her interest in social and economic disparities in America. At Yale School of Management, she attained her Master of Business Administration degree. She studied at Vassar College and earned a B.A. in Africana Studies.
