Michael Dennis joined PFM in 2019 and is a Senior Managing Consultant based in the Orlando office. In this role, he provides transaction management, analytical and technical services.

Michael has experience with tax-exempt and taxable municipal bonds, bank loans, leases, lines of credit, liquidity and interim financing alternatives. His responsibilities include structuring, sizing, and pricing new money and refunding municipal bond issues, as well as performing analysis of refunding opportunities. He also provides multi-year financial modeling for strategic planning and prepares capacity analyses, ratings support and credit enhancement for several issuers. He also supports PFM’s special district practice in its preparation of assessment methodologies, reamortization schedules, and general transaction services related to debt issuance. Michael has been involved in executing debt transactions totaling over $5 billion in par.

Michael has worked with a variety of Florida issuers, including cities, counties, agencies, independent authorities and community development districts.

Michael graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing, as well as a minor in Political Science. He is a Municipal Advisor Representative (Series 50).
