Colette Powell is the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Leader. In her role as a DEI Leader at PFM, she provides subject matter expertise and leadership in achieving the firm's DEI goals. She reports directly to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute processes, policies, and indicators. She assists in the creation of processes, policies, professional development curricula and communication strategies to drive our DEI objectives and measure their impact.

Colette has been at the forefront of our firm’s DEI initiatives since 2019, providing leadership and programing to one of the firm’s Significant Interest Groups (SIG) since 2019. In 2020, she was awarded the firm’s “Above and Beyond” award for DEI, recognizing her contributions to the firm.

Colette is a graduate of Chestnut Hill College where she studied Organizational Dynamics and Business Communications. At Widener University, she obtained a master's degree in organizational development & leadership with a concentration in Organizational Equity and Inclusion. She possesses three certifications in Workforce Development in Organizations, Organizational Equity & Inclusion, and Leadership in Organizations.
