Michael joined PFM in 2013 and is currently located in the Philadelphia office where he works in the financial modeling practice. Michael is part of the Client Service Group and leads the team responsible for the implementation of all Synario Enterprise and PFM Synopsis clients. In this role, he oversees the development, training, and customization of all clients on the Synario platform.

Prior to this role, Michael worked in Synario’s Higher Education practice, focusing on enterprise implementations, where he provided technical and quantitative support for higher education clients. Additionally, he helped develop the PFM Synopsis for Higher Education product. Before assuming his responsibilities in the Synario group, Michael worked in PFM’s Strategic Forecasting group, by helping clients analyze the financial impacts of various operating and capital initiatives, as well as assisting them on how to relay results to key stakeholders.
