Ashley joined PFM in February of 2025 as an administrative assistant and stepped into her current role as Assistant District Manager in July 2026. In her role, Ashley works closely with district leadership, board members, and internal teams to help ensure meetings and district operations run smoothly. 

Ashley earned her Associates of Science degree in Business Administration from Valencia College. Her educational background, combined with her hands-on experience at PFM, has provided her with a strong foundation in business, communication, organization, and administrative support. Outside of her day-to-day responsibilities, Ashley values continuous professional growth and looks forward to building her expertise within the industry.
