Mudra Patel joined PFM in 2015 and is currently located in the San Francisco office. She provides technical support and credit support to clients in the transportation sector and PFM's west cluster. Her experience includes transaction management, financial modeling,
long-term capital planning, debt structuring and analysis, and alternate project delivery and feasibility analysis. She assists clients with their debt profiles, refunding analysis, debt capacity analysis, bond sizing and structuring, pricing, credit analysis and rating presentation support.

Mudra provides analytical support for several transportation clients such a airports, seaports, transit agencies and toll roads including State of Hawaii Airports, McCarran International Airport, San Diego Association of Governments, Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District, Port of Tacoma and Caltrain.

Prior to PFM, Mudra was a credit analyst at Standard and Poor’s (S&P) Rating Services. During her four years at S&P, she worked on several GO bonds, special tax bonds and revenue bonds issued by Cities, Counties, School Districts and Special Districts in the
west and south-west regions of United States.
