Dale E. Deis is a senior managing consultant in the firm’s Ann Arbor location. He serves PFM’s Midwest clients in a number of areas, including financial planning and the managing and executing of municipal bond transactions throughout the state of Michigan.
With almost 30 years of previous experience, he joined PFM in 2015 from a Michigan financial advisory firm. He was responsible for the structuring, marketing, and closing of municipal bond and note issues for new projects for Michigan municipalities. He was also responsible for performing refunding analyses of outstanding debt for those same entities in order to provide the most cost effective method of financing.
Although his work spanned the entire state, Dale specifically represented the counties of Oakland and Wayne in over 150 bond issues over the past 25 years as well as participating in the structuring, marketing, and selling of over 1,500 Michigan municipal bond and note issues. Additionally, Dale helped provide municipalities in the state of Michigan more than $76.3 million in debt savings by discovering, analyzing, structuring, and publicly selling 145 refunding bond issues that total $1.15 billion in face value.
