Our Structured Products Group (SPG) assists a wide array of state, local government, and non-profit clients with the investment of proceeds of municipal bonds. We utilize portfolio optimization software and live market data to analyze, design, and competitively procure investments for escrows, construction accounts, capitalized interest funds, debt service reserve funds, and other types of bond proceeds accounts. To formulate a strategy, we carefully consider each client’s investment objectives, permitted investments, liquidity needs, and potential arbitrage rebate and yield restriction constraints. Our team recognizes the importance of keeping robust records related to bond proceeds investments and works to provide comprehensive reporting on all of our engagements.
