Peter was promoted to the role of managing director in PFM’s San Francisco office in 2011. With more than 10 years’ experience, he has served as project manager and/or senior analyst on more than $6 billion in financings involving new money issuance, refundings, fixed- and variable-rate, and derivative product implementation. He has worked for a broad cross-section of clients including cities, counties, water and wastewater, airports, and numerous transportation clients across the U.S.
Additionally, he is an active participant in PFM’s national transportation practice and a recognized expert in capital financial planning. He has developed long-range capital plans for San Diego Regional Transportation Commission, Sacramento Transportation Authority, Denver Regional Transit District, Miami Dade Transit, and the Inland Empire Utilities Agency, among others. He has executed numerous financial transactions for many of these clients based upon the adopted long-range plans.
Prior to joining PFM, Peter worked with KPMG Consulting in Washington, D.C.
