Lauren Donley is a senior analyst in PFM’s treasury consulting group, where she works with a variety of public and non-profit clients nationwide in the analysis and procurement of current and new banking providers. She is located in PFM’s Harrisburg office.
Lauren provides a broad range of expertise in banking trends, helping her clients maximize the value of their banking relationships. She has worked with municipal, public utility, higher education, and healthcare clients from Massachusetts to California. She provides support in evaluating their overall banking relationships, including processes, service quality, and pricing. Furthermore, Lauren drafts customized RFPs for banking services and evaluates proposal responses on behalf of our clients.
Lauren graduated magna cum laude from Saint Vincent College with a B.S. in Finance and Mathematics. She holds the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation. Lauren is a member of Women in Public Finance. She is also a Co-Chair of the Programming Committee of PFM’s Women’s Network significant interest group.
