Mr. Heitzmann joined PFM as part of the acquisition of PFM Future Perfect in 2007 and now focuses on new product development, client support, documentation, and training.

Since PFM acquired PFM Future Perfect, Mr. Heitzmann has continued in his prior roles. He is responsible for new product features and applications, as well as software security. He also continues to develop the PFM Future Perfect documentation that supports the software and is integral to the service offering. Mr. Heitzmann also supports the customization and training effort and provides client support.

Before engaging in the Future Perfect Partners enterprise, Mr. Heitzmann operated his own consulting business, which helped improve practices in software development organizations, and developed specific software solutions for clients. Prior to this, Mr. Heitzmann held the role of VP of Software Development for three large software companies. For each he was responsible for the full creative cycle of commercial software development, in product areas that included database management, CASE, and configuration management.

Mr. Heitzmann holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering and an MArch degree, both from Princeton University. He has also completed the Stanford AEA business management program.
