Mr. Caldwell was until recently a partner in Future Perfect Partners, where he was the chief designer of the PFM Future Perfect model and service offering. There, he headed the training and support efforts for the enterprise.

Since 2007 when PFM acquired PFM Future Perfect, Mr. Caldwell has continued in his prior roles. He conducts the training seminars by which PFM Future Perfect software is customized for individual institutions. He also ensures institutional users become facile not only in the use of the software but de facto owners of customized software, by transferring a complete knowledge set related to the PFM Future Perfect model architecture and design. Mr. Caldwell is also the lead designer for the enterprise, and as such is primarily responsible for new product features and applications.

Prior to and while developing PFM Future Perfect, Mr. Caldwell worked at Wheaton College, where he successively served as Director of Financial Systems Planning, Director of Information Technologies and Services, and Director of Institutional Research. In these roles at various times he was responsible for the institution's campus network, administrative computing and telecommunications systems, and planning and analytical output of various types.

Before joining Wheaton College in 1990, Mr. Caldwell was the Information Synergist at the Eastman School of Music of the University of Rochester, where he led the implementation of desktop computing.

Mr. Caldwell holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Rochester.
